Pretty good experience

I snagged one of those Diffuser Sets, it came with the Pura 3 and a few different scents. Honestly, it was pretty cool getting it all set up. The scents are nice, I tried the Fresh Fragrances first and it made my living room smell way better. The app is mostly easy to use, just a few times it was a bit slow to load. Packaging was good, everything arrived safe. I'd probably get more refills from them when these run out.

Good diffuser, app needs work

I bought the Pura 4 Smart Home Diffuser with a couple of the Capri Blue Volcano Refills. The diffuser itself works really well and the scent is nice, not too overpowering. Setup was a bit of a hassle though, the app kept disconnecting from my Wi-Fi during the initial pairing process. Once it finally connected, controlling the scent intensity from my phone was easy. Delivery took about a week, which was fine. The price felt a little high for just the diffuser, but the subscription savings on refills makes it more reasonable long-term. Overall, happy with the scent, but the app experience could be smoother.

This is my third order from Pura. I picked up some of the Anthropologie Fragrance Collection refills this time. I decided to try the Pura 4 Smart Home Diffuser after hearing about it from a friend. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I also added a Seasonal Refill Bundle. Setting up the diffuser with the app was mostly easy, though it did take a couple of tries to connect to my Wi-Fi, which was a minor annoyance. Once connected, controlling the intensity and scheduling through the app was intuitive. The scents from the bundle, especially one of the Holiday Scents, filled my living room nicely without being too strong, and I like that I can adjust that. I also appreciated that they list pet-friendly options. The device itself feels well-made.
